Live Help Expert will automatically save session data files in the folder specified beforehand and name them after recording information as described below. If you keep recording a session longer than an hour, Live Help Expert will create a session data file for every hour.
Live Help Expert will name session data files in following format:
lhsesrec-username-YYYYMMDD-nnn.lhs

nnn | Serial number between 001 and 999 |
When you stop recording manually or the recording has become longer than an hour, Live Help Expert saves a session data file in the specified folder. If the all numbers (from 001 to 999) have been used, the following message box appears:
Click OK to display the Save As dialog box. If you do not wish to save the content of the session, click the Cancel button.
