You can set the maximum recording period to a value between 30 seconds and 2 hours.
When you record a session manually, specify a value in the "Record up to" field in the Recording dialog box appears at the beginning of recording.
When you use automatic saving option, specify a value in the "Record up to" field in the Setting for Recording dialog box.
If you leave the "Record up to" check box empty and record a session manually, Live Help Expert will stop recording by 2 hours. In case of automatic recording, Live Help Expert will keep recording until you stop recording manually.
Note
Do not change the system clock settings (date and time) during a session recording. It will cause Live Help Expert to incorrectly stop recording.
