The Logget_adt.exe tool collects the required information and compresses it into a single file for investigating issues that occur in ADT.
The following information can be collected with this command:
Dr. Watson log, Windows mini dump files
For investigating application errors.
The Dr. Watson logs cannot be obtained on Windows Vista(R), Windows(R) 7, Windows(R) 8, Windows(R) 10, Windows Server(R) 2008, Windows Server(R) 2012, or Windows Server(R) 2016.
The tool obtains only the Windows mini dump files generated in the last 72 hours.
System information
Obtains the system status of the servers and PCs to be investigated.
ADT operation log
Operation log of the program.
Installation log
Log used during ADT installation.
Execute this command only when requested by Fujitsu technical support.
It can be used in the environment where ADT is installed. You must have Administrator privileges to execute it.
The procedure for running the command is as follows:
Open the following folder in Explorer:
The tool is installed to the following folder by default:
C:\Program Files\Fujitsu\Systemwalker Desktop Patrol\ADT\ |
If the ADT installation folder is changed, open the new folder.
Start Logget_adt.exe.
Windows Vista(R), Windows(R) 7, Windows(R) 8, Windows(R) 10, Windows Server(R) 2008, Windows Server(R) 2012, or Windows Server(R) 2016
Right-click Logget_adt.exe and choose Run as Administrator.
Select Yes in the User Account Control window.
The information collection takes about 3 to 10 minutes depending on the environment.
After the information is collected, a folder whose name starts with "ezcollect" is created together with a subordinate folder in the location where Logget_adt.exe was run. Send all files in this folder to Fujitsu technical support.
