If an error occurs when you are using smart device CT, collect investigation information and send it to the administrator. Output the collected information to external storage (such as an SD card). The procedure for collecting investigation information is as follows:
Tap (or click) the menu button in the setup screen to display the option menu. Then tap Collect investigation data.
Wait for a dialog box to be displayed.
After the information is collected, the name of the saved file will be displayed. Send the file to the administrator.
