If you cannot identify the cause of an issue in Systemwalker Desktop Patrol, use this feature to send the collected information to Fujitsu technical support.
There are two methods of collecting investigation data: using FJQSS (Information Collection Tool), and using the log collection tool of Systemwalker Desktop Patrol.
When using FJQSS (Information Collection Tool), collect information from the window that is displayed when you start FJQSS (Information Collection Tool).
When using the log collection tool of Systemwalker Desktop Patrol, start the following log collection tool. The log information can be collected automatically.
For the CS
dtplook.exe and logget.exe
For the DS/CT
logget.exe
For the AC
Logget_ac.exe
For ADT
Logget_adt.exe
