The procedure for collecting information by using FJQSS (Information Collection Tool) is explained below.

Execute FJQSS as a user with Administrator privileges.
For CS
When database table information is included
Click Start or Apps > FJQSS (Information Collection Tool) > Information Collection (Desktop Patrol CS + DB), and collect information from the window that is displayed.
Note
This command must be executed by either of the following users after logging on to Windows.
Users who built or expanded the operating environment using the Operation Environment Maintenance Guide
Users who were added using the dtpctlusr.exe command
Execute SWDTP_ctrl.exe (batch starting/stopping services) to stop services and tasks before collecting information. Although it is possible to collect information without stopping services and tasks, it may not be possible to collect some of the table information of databases while services and tasks are running.
When database table information is not included
Click Start or Apps > FJQSS (Information Collection Tool) > Information Collection (Desktop Patrol CS), and collect information from the window that is displayed.
For DS
Click Start or Apps > FJQSS (Information Collection Tool) > Information Collection (Desktop Patrol DS), and collect information from the window that is displayed.
For SS
Click Start or Apps > FJQSS (Information Collection Tool) > Information Collection (Desktop Patrol DS), and collect information from the window that is displayed.
For CT
FJQSS is not available. Use the logget.exe tool to collect information.
For AC
Click Start or Apps > FJQSS (Information Collection Tool) > Information Collection (Desktop Patrol DS), and collect information from the window that is displayed.
For ADT
FJQSS is not available. Use the logget_adt.exe tool to collect information.
