5.1.6 License Change Going with Personnel Change

Operate according to the following flow when personnel changes happen.

  1. Confirm the current License Giving status.
    Refer to "5.3.2 Allocate License" for confirmation method of allocation status of current License.

  2. For PC managed by user of personnel change, take back License if the PC is allocated with License.
    Refer to "5.3.2 Allocate License" for method of License recovery.

  3. Change the user management information of the user of personnel change.
    Refer to "2.1.3 Procedure of Constructing Master Data" for change method of user management information.

  4. Confirm current License status of the new section.
    Refer to "5.3.1 Management of Current License" for confirmation method of current status.

  5. Sign License contract to the software supplier as needed.

  6. Keep the contract after License contract is signed.

  7. The signed License information will be registered in Systemwalker Desktop Patrol when number of the current License changes. Refer to "5.3.1.2 Modify Information of Current License" for method of registration.

  8. Allocate current License to PC of changed user management.
    Refer to "5.3.2 Allocate License" for method of License Giving.
