Here, It describes the management of current License.
Confirm current status of License in the Current License Management window. In addition, perform the following operations as needed.
Add: License information registration performed for managing purchased License.
Modify: after registration of current License, information of the purchased License can be added and modified.
Delete: the unwanted License can be deleted.
View software: the software registered in License can be confirmed.
Confirm the status of current license
The procedure of confirming the status of the current License is as follows.
Log in to the main menu, click License.
License window will be displayed.
Click Current License Management.
The following window will be displayed.
Select a section from the section tree in the field on the left.
The license status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.
Perform the following operations to export the License information displayed in the field on the right as a file in CSV format. Proceed to the next step if not to export.
Select the License Name to be exported in CSV format, and click the CSV Export button.
The Current License Management - CSV Export window will be displayed.
Export the license information to a file in CSV format according to the window.
Perform the following operations to view the registered License information in details. If not to view, proceed to the next step.
Click the License Name to be viewed.
The following window will be displayed. The details of registered License information can be viewed by order number.
Click the value in the column of Number of Section Given.
The following window will be displayed. It has nothing to do with order number, the detailed information of License Giving of section License Giving will be displayed.
In order to manage the purchased License, it is required to register License information.
The procedure is as follows.
Log in to the main menu, click License.
The License window will be displayed.
Click Current License Management.
The following window will be displayed.
Select a section from the section tree in the field on the left.
The License status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.
Select the radio button of the purchased object from License List in the field on the right, and click the Add button.
The following window will be displayed.
Enter the information of Current License Management.
Item | Description |

Purchased Amount (required) | Specify purchased number of License. Single-byte numbers within 1~99999 can be entered. |
Order Number (required) | Specify the order number to identify License. Single-byte numbers within 50 alphanumeric characters or hyphen "-" can be entered. |
Price | Specify the Price of License. Single-byte numbers within 1~999999999 can be entered. |
Date Purchase (required) | Specify the Date Purchase of License. The date from Jan. 1, 1900 to current date can be entered. |
Supplier | Specify the contact who can certify the purchase history. Up to 100 fullwidth characters or 200 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
Purchasing Department | Specify information required for confirming the reason for the purchase and the purchase history. Up to 100 fullwidth characters or 200 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
Purchaser | Specify the person who can confirm the reason for the purchase and the purchase history. Up to 100 fullwidth characters or 200 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
License Type (*1) | Select one of the following license types:
Use the text box on the right to enter the desired license type. Up to 30 fullwidth characters or 60 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
License Form (*2) | Select one of the following license forms:
Use the text box on the right to enter the desired license form. Up to 30 fullwidth characters or 60 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
License Agreement (*3) | Select one of the following license agreements:
Use the text box on the right to enter the desired site license. Up to 30 fullwidth characters or 60 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
License Certificate | Specify the products and information required for certifying the license. Up to 100 fullwidth characters or 200 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
Certificate Number | Specify the number of the license certificate. Up to 100 fullwidth characters or 200 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
Management Department | Specify the department that manages the license. Up to 100 fullwidth characters or 200 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
Storage Location | Specify the location for storing the license. Up to 100 fullwidth characters or 200 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
Original License Management Number | If the license is not a full license, specify information about the original license. Up to 100 fullwidth characters or 200 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
Other Conditions | Specify conditions attached to the license, such as subscriptions (annual contracts) and whether downgrades are possible. Up to 100 fullwidth characters or 200 halfwidth characters can be entered. |
Scheduled Update Date | Specify the update date if the license has an expiry date. A date on or after January 1, 1900 can be entered. |
Remarks | Specify information relating to the license. Up to 2,048 fullwidth characters or 4,096 halfwidth characters can be entered. |

Perform the following operations to modify the section that can use the License. If not to modify, proceed to the next step.
Click the Select Section button.
The following window will be displayed.
Select the section to be modified from the tree.
The following window will be displayed.
Click the OK button.
The information of purchased License will be registered.
After registering information of current License, the information of purchased License modified and added. The procedure is as follows.
Log in to the main menu, click License.
The License window will be displayed.
Click Current License Management.
The following window will be displayed.
Select section from the section tree in the field on the left.
License status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.
Select the radio button of License name of object to be modified from the License List in the field on the right, click the Modify button.
The following window will be displayed. This window is for selecting the license to be modified by registered order number.
Select the radio button of order number to be modified, and click the Next button.
The Current License Management - Modify window will be displayed.
Perform the following operations to modify the section to purchase License. If not to modify, proceed to the next step.
Click the Select Section button.
The following window will be displayed.
Select the section to be modified.
The following window will be displayed.
Click the OK button.
The information of purchased License will be modified.
Unwanted License can be deleted. The procedure is as follows.
Log in to the main menu, and click License.
The License window will be displayed.
Click Current License Management.
The following window will be displayed.
Select a section from the section tree in the field on the left.
The License status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.
Select the radio button of License name to be deleted from License List in the field on the right, and click Delete button.
The following window will be displayed. This window is for selecting the License to be deleted by the registered order number.
Select the check box of order number to be deleted, and click the OK button.
The License will be deleted.
Software registered in License can be viewed. The procedure is as follows.
Log in to the main menu, and click License.
The License window will be displayed.
Click Current License Management.
The following window will be displayed.
Select a section from the section tree in the field on the left.
License status of the selected section will be displayed in the field on the right.
Select the radio button of the License name to be viewed from License List in the field on the right, and click the View Software button.
The following window will be displayed.
Click License Definition to confirm the selected License Giving software.
