When inquiries related to communication errors are received from users, the physical resource on which a problem has occurred can be easily specified using the logical resources in the L-Platform.

When logical resources to which the "physical-logical relationship icon" is assigned in the network view (logical map) are displayed, if all of the following conditions are satisfied, the parent resources containing the target logical resources are automatically expanded.
The number of target logical resources for display is 50 or less.
Child resources of other resources are contained.
Operation Procedure Using the Network View (Physical Map) Icon
Click the expand button ("▼") for the physical resources.
Select the "physical-logical relationship icon" from the popup menu.
Check if the "physical-logical relationship icon" is assigned to the physical resource in the network view (physical map).
Switch the network view from the physical view to the logical view.
