11.3.8 Operating the Contact List

This section explains operation of the contact list.

11.3.8.1 Displaying the Contact List

The contact list of tenant users that use the L Platform can be displayed.

The resources in the L-Platform displayed in the contact list are those indicated below.

Point

Using the contact list enables easy checking of the relevant contacts when the infrastructure administrator contacts tenant users in the following cases:

  • When sending notification that a problem occurred

  • When sending notification of the maintenance schedule in advance

  • When sending notification of the start and end of maintenance

The procedure to display the contact list is as given below.

  1. Click the [Action] button in the network view.
    A list of actions is displayed.

  2. Select the "contact list" from the action list.
    The following information is displayed as the contact information of the tenants that use the L Platform on which a problem is currently occurring.

    • The name of the L-Platform to which the resource on which a problem has occurred is deployed

    • The name of the resource on which a problem has occurred

    • The status of the resource on which a problem has occurred

    • The representative email address of the tenant that uses the L-Platform

    • The name of the tenant user that uses the L Platform

    • The email address of the tenant user that uses the L Platform

Information

In "User Email Address", the email address of the emergency contact is displayed.
When an email address for the emergency contact has not registered, the email address set for the personal information is displayed.
When the email address of the personal information is displayed, an asterisk (*) is displayed at the end of the email address.

11.3.8.2 Exporting the Contact List

The contact list for the users of a tenant using an L-Platform can be output to a CSV file.

The procedure to output the contact list is given below.

  1. Click the [Action] button in the network view.
    A list of actions is displayed.

  2. Select the "contact list" from the action list to display it.

  3. Click [Export CSV].
    The displayed contact list can be output as a CSV file.

The CSV file is output in the following format.

l-platform,resource_name,status,tenant_mail,user,user_mail1,user_mail2

The name of the resource is output.
When multiple resources exist, all resources are output separated by semicolons (";").

status

The status of the resource is output.
When multiple resources exist, the statuses of all resources are output separated by semicolons (";").

normal;error

tenant_mail

The representative email address of the tenant is output.

tenant@mail.com

user

The user name is output.
When multiple users are registered, the names of all users are output separated by semicolons (";").
The names of the users are output with the registered emergency contact coming first.

Fujitsu Taro;Fujitsu Jiro;Fujitsu Saburo

user_mail1

The email address registered as the emergency contact for the user is output.
When there are multiple users with emergency contacts registered, all email addresses are output separated by semicolons (";").
For the users with no emergency contact registered, the email address registered as the user's contact address is output, followed by an asterisk ("*").

The email address registered as the contact address of the user is output.

When multiple addresses are registered, all email addresses are output separated by semicolons (";").
