The statuses of requests change due to approval, rejection, and cancellation operations. This section explains how to operate requests.

The details of the request process depend on the information of the relevant users, organizations, menus, and the relationship between the requester, and approver when the request is submitted. Therefore if an operation is performed which targets a user, organization, or menu which is linked to a request which has been submitted but is not yet approved, the approval process may fail. Before performing the following operations, the status of all relevant requests musts be canceled, rejected or approved. There must be no requests in the waiting processing status.
