Live Help supports unlimited video resolutions. While Screen Transfers are in progress, the higher the sender's screen resolution, the more data is transferred over the network or modem link. To reduce the amount of data transferred, you can limit the number of colors that are sent. This setting is used when the sender's screen resolution is above 256 colors.
When you choose a lower setting, Live Help uses the sender's Windows(R) video driver to convert each color of the current screen image to the closest color available in your selection. This setting does not affect the sender's screen display, but is used to format the data sent to the recipients. The choices are: Unlimited and 256 Colors. Unlimited is the default setting.
