Choose either Normal or Animated Graphics to optimize the screen transfer technique based on the type of screen data to be shared.
NormalThis method is optimized to achieve the best transfer performance for screens containing text, spreadsheet cells, drawings, and the usual application components such as title bar, buttons, and scroll bars. This is the recommended setting.
Animated GraphicsChoose Animated Graphics if the application screens you will send or receive use animation. For example, some presentation packages offer graphic motion, and fading effects when going from slide to slide. Although the "Normal" transfer method can handle this type of screen data, the Animated Graphics setting will probably achieve better performance.
When you select Animated Graphics, you must also specify the number of seconds between transfers that you would like Live Help to use. For example, if you want Screen Transfers to occur every 2 seconds, enter a "2" in the Seconds field. Enter a "0" (zero) if you want Live Help to transfer the screen data continuously, as quickly as it can process the information.
Note
If you use instruction mode, Animated Graphics is not recommended. The Animated Graphics function may delay displaying the instruction pointer operated by the Expert.
