When you select the Modem connection method, you are adding modem support to your Live Help setup. Live Help uses existing Windows(R) modem configurations. If there are currently no modems configured in Windows(R), the modem checkbox in Communications Setup will be disabled. If there are multiple modems configured in Windows(R), the Live Help Expert Create and Join dialog boxes will supply a drop-down list for selecting which modem to use in that session. You can use the Modem Control Panel applet of Windows(R) to verify your modem configuration.
