Select the "Automatically start recording when connecting to Client" check box to start recording a session right after you have connected to a Live Help Client.
The "Record up to" check box will become available when you select the "Automatically start recording when connecting to Client" check box.
You can set a value between 30 seconds and 2 hours in the "Record up to" field.
If you leave the check box empty, Live Help Expert will:
Keep recording until you stop recording manually when the automatic saving option is enabled.
Stop recording by 2 hours when the automatic saving option is disabled.
