To pause recording, do either of the following:
Click the 
Pause Recording button. OR...
Choose the Pause command in the TOOLS menu.
When you pause the recording, the Recording Length icon in the status bar at the bottom of the Live Help Expert window changes to the pause state and Live Help Expert stops counting the recording time.
To restart recording, do either of the following:
Click the 
Start Recording button. OR...
Choose the Record command in the TOOLS menu.
