To stop recording, do either of the following:
Click the Stop Recording button. OR...
Choose the Stop command in the TOOLS menu.
After stopping recording, you can save the recorded session in a session data file. Refer to the section Saving Methods of Session Recording for the details on how to save session data files.
Live Help Expert will stop recording in the following cases as well:
When Live Help Expert becomes unable to communicate with Live Help Client.
When you choose the Leave command in the SESSION menu to leave the session.
When you choose the Close Client command in the SESSION menu to close Live Help Client.
When you choose the Exit command in the SESSION menu to close Live Help Expert.
Note
In the middle of recording where automatic saving option is disabled, if you choose the Exit command in the SESSION menu (or click the Exit button) to close Live Help Monitor which was started by Systemwalker Console or Integrated Console of Systemwalker Centric Manager, the recorded session data will be discarded.
