Follow the steps below to copy the files or folders on the Client's computer to the Support Specialist's computer.
In the remote file system sub-window, use the mouse or the arrow keys to navigate to the folder or drive containing the files or folders that you wish to receive.
To select a single file or folder, click on the item directly. To select more than one file or folder, hold down the CTRL key then click on each item or hold the SHIFT key and then use the arrow or page keys to select the files or folders. The selected files and/or folders are highlighted.
In the local file system sub-window, use the mouse to select the folder where you want to store the transferred files.
Select the Receive menu item from the FILE menu or click the Receive button to begin the transfer from the Client's computer to the Support Specialist's computer. You can also drag the files or folders selected in step 2 and drop them in the folder selected in step 3.
If any confirm options are set, a dialog box is displayed. Refer to either the section Remote Options or Local Options for more information on these options.
While the transfer is in progress, a status dialog box is displayed on both the Support Specialist's and the Client's computer. It shows the percentage of the transfer that has occurred so far. A Cancel button is available to terminate the transfer.
