Follow the steps below to send files or folders from the Support Specialist's computer to the Client's computer.
In the remote file system sub-window, use the mouse or the arrow keys to navigate to the folder or drive containing the files or folders that you wish to send.
To select a single file or folder, click on it in the list. To select more than one file or folder, hold down the CTRL key then click on each item or hold the SHIFT key then use the arrow keys or page keys to select the files or folders. The selected files and/or folders are highlighted.
In the remote file system sub-window, use the mouse to select the folder where you want to store the transferred files. The folder opens.
Select the Send menu item from the FILE menu or click the Send button to begin the transfer from the Support Specialist's computer to the Client's computer. You can also drag the files or folders selected in the step 2 and drop them in the folder selected in step 3.
Use the Send button to send the file(s) or folder(s)to the Client's computer.
If any confirm options are set, a dialog box is displayed. Refer to either the section Remote Options or Local Options for more information on these options.
While the transfer is in progress, a status dialog box is displayed on both the Support Specialist's and the Client's computer. It shows the percentage of the transfer that has occurred so far. A Cancel button is available to terminate the transfer.
