The status bar is located at the bottom of the file system sub-window and contains two panes. The content displayed in these panes depends on whether the file system sub-window is active or inactive.
If this sub-window is active and a folder or drive is selected in the folder tree, the left pane shows the total number and the combined size of files and folders in that folder or drive. The right pane shows the total number and combined size of the files and folders selected in the file list.
If "My Computer" is selected, the left pane shows the number of available drives. The right pane shows the total and free space of a selected drive in the file list field. However, if multiple drives are selected, this pane is updated with the total selected items.
If a sub-window is inactive, and a folder or a drive selected in the folder tree field, the left and right panes display the amount of free and total space of the drive, respectively. If "My Computer" is selected, these two panes are empty
