Client File Exchange provides a function to compare files, folders or drives on the Support Specialist's file system to those on the Client's. At the completion of the compare operation, the results are shown in this sub-window.
The Compare sub-window consists of local and remote Path fields, the local folder tree, the remote folder tree, the Compare Result list, and the status bar.
