Scale Screen shrinks the incoming Client screen to fit within the Live Help window.
You can use the Scale Screen function to display the entire contents of the Client's screen within the Live Help Expert window. Selecting this option will shrink the data displayed in the Live Help Expert window. It is important to note that since the incoming screen will be squeezed, Remote Control of a Client while in this mode may be difficult.
Also, more CPU power is needed for displaying shrunken data so this will increase the load on the machine.
To scale the incoming screen to fit in the Live Help Expert window:
Choose Scale Screen from the VIEW menu.
