6.3.2 Full Screen View

Full screen view removes the title bar, scroll bars, and menus so you can see more of the Client's screen.

You can also change from a windowed view to a full screen view.

To display the Live Help window in full screen:

The title bar, scroll bars, and menus are removed, and you see the Client's screen in a full screen view.

If you want to use the Live Help menus, just move your mouse to the top of the screena pop-up menu displays a list of the Live Help menus: Session, View, Tools, Options, and Help. To close the pop-up menu list, click the mouse outside of the menu list or press ESC.

You can shift or "pan" the screen data to see "hidden" information just by moving your mouse to the edge of the screen.

If the Client has a higher video resolution, you will not be able to see all of the information that appears on the Client's screen. When you first switch to full screen view, the lower and right portions of the Client's screen are not displayed. To see the "hidden" portions of the screen, just move your mouse to the edge of the screen (the right side for example) and the incoming screen will "pan" to show you the remaining information.

To return to the windowed view from full screen:

The Live Help window title bar and menus return.
