When the support session begins, Screen Transfers from the Client automatically start, and your Live Help window displays the contents of the Client's screen. The session name (usually the name of the Client) appears in the title bar of the window for your reference.
As the Client's screen changes, you see the changes as they occur. You watch the Client move the mouse, start applications and open files, update documents, change drawings, select menu items, and so on.
You can move, size, minimize and maximize the Live Help window. For example, you can reduce the size of the window to monitor and operate applications running on your own computer, while still continuing to receive updates of the Client's screen.
Although you can see the Client's screen, you cannot make changes unless you are using Remote Control. Remote Control also automatically starts when the support session begins. Refer to Remote Control for more information.
If you show your screen to the Client using Send Screen, a viewing window opens on the Client screen. The Client sees everything on your screen, including mouse movements. The Client can never start Remote Control of your computer. The viewing window stays open until you stop Screen Transfers of your screen.
