You can access Live Help Expert facilities with the toolbar. The Client does not have a toolbar.
For easy access to Live Help features, we recommend you float the toolbar.
The toolbar is initially located just below the menu bar. You can make it float anywhere on the screen. If the Live Help Expert window gets "lost" behind another application window while the toolbar is floating, you can click on the Live Help Expert toolbar. Doing so will bring the Live Help Expert window to the foreground.
You can also resize the toolbar, change the toolbar button size, customize the button layout, or hide the toolbar. Refer to the section Toolbar in Changing Your Live Help Expert Configuration for more information.
The following graphic shows the default Live Help Expert toolbar. Callouts identify each tool and show what the tool looks like when active.
