The Toolbar menu item in the VIEW menu determines whether your Live Help Expert toolbar displays. When the toolbar displays, a check mark appears next to the Toolbar menu item.
The Client does not have a toolbar or Live Help menu items.

The toolbar is shown here just below the menu bar, as it first appears when you run Live Help Expert.
You can decide how and where you want the toolbar to appear, and you can also customize its appearance.
