You can "float" the toolbar, move it around the screen, or hide it. The first time you start the Live Help Expert application, the Live Help Expert toolbar is "attached" to the menu bar at the top of the Live Help window. The easiest way to conduct a support session is to float the toolbar and display it at all times.
When you exit the Live Help Expert application, Live Help remembers the last state of the toolbar and re-establishes that state the next time you start the Live Help Expert application.

Since you can start up to 8 Live Help Monitor applications simultaneously, its toolbar always starts in an attached position. You can still float the toolbar during sessions but the next time Monitor is started, the toolbar will be attached to the Live Help Monitor menu bar.
To float the toolbar on your screen, pull it away from its position at the top just below the menu bar:
Move your mouse to a blank spot on the toolbar, click and hold the mouse button, and drag the mouse. When you release the mouse button, the toolbar "floats" where you have placed it.
When you float the toolbar, it is automatically set to appear always on top of your other windows. A floating toolbar will never be hidden by another application.
To move the floating toolbar:
Click anywhere in the title bar of the toolbar.
Drag the toolbar anywhere on the screen and then release the mouse button.
To reattach the toolbar:
Drag the floating toolbar into the edge of the window. As you drag, a frame appears. When the frame is in the location you want, release the mouse button and the toolbar appears. You can attach the toolbar to the top, bottom, or sides of the Live Help window. OR...
Double click the title bar of the toolbar. It will reattach at the edge where it was most recently placed.
To resize the toolbar:
Click and drag the edges of the toolbar in or out.
To hide the toolbar:
Choose Toolbar from the VIEW menu. The check mark is removed and the toolbar closes. OR...
Right click anywhere on the toolbar to display the toolbar popup menu. Choose Hide from the popup menu.
To display the toolbar again after hiding it:
Choose Toolbar from the VIEW menu to display the toolbar again.
