Log in to the target KVM guest and update the host information setting file and guest information setting file manually till the processing completes.

Explanation

The operating system on the target KVM guest is not started.

System Administrator Corrective Action

It may take some time to start the operating system. Check whether any error is occurring when starting the operating system on the target KVM guest.

If there is no problem when starting the operating system, adjust so as to make long "RETRY_NUM" and "RETRY_INTERVAL" of the ROR cooperative information setting file.

If the error reoccurs despite of the adjustment, contact Fujitsu Technical Support.

Log in to the target KVM guest and update the host information setting file and guest information setting file manually till the processing completes.

acmror0011: The setting of ACM information failed. (detailMessage - kvmGuestName)

Explanation

It failed to create/update the host information setting file and guest information setting file for the target KVM guest.

In ServerView Resource Orchestrator L-Server operation, it is possible that the "Live migration" operation was performed immediately after the "Start" operation. After the "Start" operation, check that acmror0000 message is output to the system log and then perform the "Live migration" operation.

In addition, adjust so as to make long "RETRY_NUM" and "RETRY_INTERVAL" of the ROR cooperative information setting file.

A communication error occurred.

Take the following actions to the target KVM guest. If everything is valid, contact Fujitsu Technical Support.

  • Check that AdvancedCopy Manager's agent is properly installed.

  • Check that AdvancedCopy Manager's agent is started.

  • If the error occurred when starting the operating system, configure so that AdvancedCopy Manager's agent can start automatically.

  • Check that "GUEST_PORT" of the ROR cooperative information setting file is valid.

  • Check that the communication pathway to the above specified port works properly.

A remote process error occurred.

Check that AdvancedCopy Manager's agent is properly installed into the target KVM guest. If it is valid, contact Fujitsu Technical Support.

Insufficient memory.

Check free memory space on the environment into which ServerView Resource Orchestrator manager is installed. If it is short, increase the memory.
