1.2 Explanation Format

Each message consists of a message ID and message text. In this manual, each message is explained according to the items listed in the table below.

Table 1.1 How to Read Message Explanations
Item	Description
Message text	Shows how the message is displayed.
Explanation	Explains the meaning of the message text.
Parameters	Explains the meanings of parameters if included in the message.
System Response	Explains how the system acts when a message is displayed.
Operator Corrective Action	Explains action to be taken by the operator in response to this message being output.
System Administrator Corrective Action	Explains action to be taken by the system administrator in response to this message being output.
