Appendix C Detail Error Messages on Acquisition of Device Information

This appendix explains in detail the error messages produced when the following events occur during acquisition or display of device information:

• Message swstf2121 is displayed and processing failed.

• Device information is partially missing.

  
  

The messages explained in the appendix are logged to the following locations on the storage server.

1	[ERROR]NSP-API call exited abnormally. Volume=[Volume] Error=[STXerrno] Sense(SK SC SS)=[SK SC SS] message	Calling the GR-API failed.	Depending on the output message, see Appendix A Detail Error Messages of ETERNUS/GR Series and take appropriate action based on the description of action to be taken.
2	[ERROR]The device information file is not consistent with the system devices. Try again with fetching all device information.	Device information file "device.ini" does not match system information.	[Windows version] Execute acquisition/reflection of information on all devices.
3	[ERROR]Writing the inifile failed. Filename=[Filename] Section=[Section] Key=[Key] Value=[Value]	Writing the INI file failed.	[Windows version] Check the status of the INI file.
4	[ERROR]Reading the inifile failed. Filename=[Filename] Section=[Section] Key=[Key]	Reading the INI file failed.	[Windows version] Check the status of the INI file.

7	[ERROR]A created process is exited abnormally. Command=[Command] ExitCode=[Code]	An internally executed command ended with an error.	Resolve the error, and re-execute the command if situation allows.
8	[ERROR]There is no result of the command. Command=[Command]	No results were output from the internally executed command.
9	Errors other than those above	A system error occurred.	Collect the information required for troubleshooting, and then contact a Fujitsu system engineer. (NOTE)
