This appendix explains in detail the error messages produced when tape backup is executed.

1	It failed in getting the CM information of access path. Access Path=[PATH]	The system failed to get the information of the CM in charge of the access path. The access path may have been changed or added when the RAID configuration was changed or a disk array device was added. This may be the reason that the acquisition of ETERNUS information failed.	Execute the tbogetoluinfo command to get the ETERNUS information.
2	It failed in getting the CM information of device. Storage Server Name=[SERVER], Device Name=[DEVICE]	The system failed to get the information of the CM in charge of the transaction volume. LUN information related to the specified device name cannot be obtained. The access path may have been changed or added when the RAID configuration was changed or a disk array device was added. This may be the reason that the acquisition of ETERNUS information failed.
