The 41XXX messages (XXX is any number) are also displayed in the event log of the Client window.
In an environment where the Manager and Agent are operated in the same server, messages output from this software to the system log (event log) are also displayed in the event log of the Client window.
Description
Server node configuration and state cannot be acquired from the managed server node server_name.
The server node server_name may have be in one of the following states.
There is a problem with the network environment between the administrative server and the server node server_name.
The server node server_name is not powered on.
The agent daemon for the server node server_name has stopped.
Corrective action
Choose one of the following corrective actions:

Check the network environment.

Power on the server node server_name.
For c.
When the server node server_name is a managed server node, start the agent daemon.
