3.5.1 Investigation Information for the Process Down

The following information is necessary for investigating a process down.

• Requisite Information

  The following information is the requisite information for investigating a process down:

  • Environment files
  • Log files
  • System log (Event log)
  • User's operation record
  • Direct access key definition file (Only necessary when using the direct access function)

• Common Information

  The following information is the common information to error event:

  • Search expressions, return expressions, sort expressions (Only necessary when the API error occurs)
  • API snapshot log (Only necessary when the API error occurs)
