Chapter 3 Collecting Troubleshooting Information | > 3.2 Collecting Requisite Information |
Log files are the files for recording the operation of each Shunsaku process.
Log files are listed below. However, the log files cannot be collected if the LogFileSize parameter in each environment file is specified as 0.
In addition to the log files above, there is an API snapshot's log file, which contains the I/O information of each type of applications. Collect it if necessary.
Refer to 3.3 Collecting Common Information for more information on collecting information.
The log file of the searcher identifier, which is displayed at the end of an error message that is output in the system log/event log is necessary.
Refer to 3.2.4 System Log/Event Log for more information on system log/event log.
For the performance dropping or hang-up, the log files for all searchers are necessary because the searcher can be specified difficultly.
For the hung-up of the searcher command, the log file of the searcher identifier, which is specified by command with the -s option, is necessary.
Collect all the files that exist in the path specified at the LogFileFolder parameter in the environment file of each process.
