ERROR: Error code and error-detection point
VOLUME NAME: Name of the volume with an error
The system interrupts processing.
Error code 5 (FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) occurs when a volume with an error is used by another process (application or service). In such a case, stop the process that is using the volume with an error by setting the volume to have no process, and re-execute.
A lock processing error may occur because of a temporary conflict between the volume access by the other process and the volume lock processing of AdvancedCopy Manager. In this event, work around the error by changing LockRetryNumber and LockRetryInterval in the volume locking specification file used. Then, with LockForceMode set to on, the mounting of the volume is forcibly canceled and the lock processing can continue in a state in which all file handles of the other process are invalid.
For information on the volume locking specification file used, see Section C.2.4, "Copy source volume locking specification file," in the ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Operator's Guide [For Windows].
If the above actions cannot handle this error or the error code is other than 5(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME), then see the following manual, collect the resources necessary for troubleshooting, and contact a Fujitsu system engineer:

Roll Forward method of Restore is not possible since circular logging is enabled for the storage group: [STORAGE GROUP NAME].
The restore execution command (swstrestore_exchange) was executed with the -roll option specified for the storage group for which the recycle log option was specified.
If the amount of data in the log file exceeds the specified limit, the recycle log option specified for an exchange system manager storage group overwrites the oldest log entry with a new log entry. When the recycle log option is specified, not all log files may be applied and therefore roll-forward restoration cannot be performed.
STORAGE GROUP NAME: Storage group name
Execute the restore execution command (swstrestore_exchange) with the -point option specified.
Mount of the storage group: [STORAGE GROUP NAME] could not be completed since one or more of the stores could not be mounted.
MS Exchange returned an error while a database was mounted.
STORAGE GROUP NAME: Storage group name
Check whether the service of Exchange Server is active.
Execute the device display command (swstdevdisp_exchange) for the storage group to check the location of the CHK file. Check whether a CHK file exists in the specified path.
If this error occurs during execution of the restore execution command (swstrestore_exchange) or backup execution command (swstbackup_exchange), the error cause is probably a corrupted file. Execute the data check command (swstchkdata_exchange) for the storage group to check the previous backup for consistency.
Execute the restore execution command (swstrestore_exchange) by using the consistent backup data to restore the database.
Dismount of the storage group: [STORAGE GROUP NAME] could not be completed since one or more of the stores could not be dismounted.

LOG FILE NAME: Log file name with a path
To perform roll-forward restoration, all log files from the one backed up previously to the current one must exist.
Check whether a log file exists on the specified path. If a normal log file exists, copy it to the indicated path and reexecute. If not, perform restoration in point-in-time mode.
Roll forward restore cannot continue because of the problems in log files for the storage group: [STORAGE GROUP NAME].
Roll-forward restoration cannot be continued because a problem occurred in the log file.

Roll forward restoration cannot continue since the backup information is inconsistent.
Roll-forward restoration cannot be continued because backup information is inconsistent.
Execute restoration in -point mode based on the normal generation backup.
The current log file of the storage group: [STORAGE GROUP NAME] is not found.
The current log file of the specified storage group is not found in the path that was returned from Exchange Server.
STORAGE GROUP NAME: Storage group name
Use the exchange system manager to obtain the log file path of the storage group. Check whether the E0n.LOG file exists in the path obtained from the exchange manager. If the drive can be accessed, do as follows:
If the database information registration command (swstdbinfo_exchange) was once executed, use the exchange system manager to check whether a mailbox store or public store exists in the storage group. If no store exists, create a mailbox or public store and mount the store for log file creation. If some stores exist, mount one store.
If the database information registration command (swstdbinfo_exchange) has never been executed and the log file location is known, set the file in the actual log path. Use the exchange system manager to try to mount a store. If no store is mounted, restore the last backup data and execute the database information registration command (swstdbinfo_exchange). If the same message is displayed again, contact a Fujitsu engineer.
