ERROR: Error code and error-detection point
VOLUME NAME: Name of the volume with an error
The system interrupts processing.
Error code 5 (FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME) occurs when a volume with an error is used by another process (application or service). In such a case, stop the process that is using the volume with an error by setting the volume to have no process, and re-execute.
A lock processing error may occur because of a temporary conflict between the volume access by the other process and the volume lock processing of AdvancedCopy Manager. In this event, work around the error by changing LockRetryNumber and LockRetryInterval in the volume locking specification file used. Then, with LockForceMode set to on, the mounting of the volume is forcibly canceled and the lock processing can continue in a state in which all file handles of the other process are invalid.
For details on the volume lock file operation specification file, refer to the following Section in the ETERNUS SF AdvancedCopy Manager Operator's Guide [Windows version]:
"Transaction volume locking specification file for backups"
"Backup volume locking specification file for backups"
"Backup-restored volume locking specification file"
If the above actions cannot handle this error or the error code is other than 5(FSCTL_LOCK_VOLUME), then see the following manual, collect the resources necessary for troubleshooting, and contact a Fujitsu system engineer:

Roll Forward method of Restore is not possible since circular logging is enabled for the storage group: [STORAGE GROUP NAME].
The restore execution command (swstrestore_exchange) was issued with the -roll option specified for the storage group for which the recycle log option was specified.
If the amount of data in the log file exceeds the specified limit, the recycle log option specified for an exchange system manager storage group overwrites the oldest log entry with a new log entry. When the recycle log option is specified, not all log files may be applied and therefore roll-forward restoration cannot be performed.

If the database information registration command (swstdbinfo_exchange) was once executed, use the exchange system manager to check whether a mailbox store or public store exists in the storage group. If no store exists, create a mailbox or public store and mount the store for log file creation. If some stores exist, mount one store.
If the database information registration command (swstdbinfo_exchange) has never been executed and the log file location is known, set the file in the actual log path. Use the exchange system manager to try to mount a store. If no store is mounted, restore the last backup data and execute the database information registration command (swstdbinfo_exchange).
