This section explains the messages and solutions for it displayed during setting up of the REMCS environment via XSCF from the REMCS Agent window of Machine Administration.
Message |
IP Address is not set to XSCF. Or Subnet Mask is not set to XSCF. Or Gateway Address is not set to XSCF. Or Host Name is not set to XSCF. |
Explanation |
A setting error is assumed. |
Response |

Message |
Failed to connect SMTP Server1. Or Failed to connect SMTP Server2. |
Explanation |
A setting error or communication error (e-mail or HTTP communication problem) is assumed. |
Response |
1) Check the setting of SMTP Server1 or SMTP Server2. 2) Check the setting of XSCF. For details, refer to "Machine Administration guide". |
Message |
