Failovers for the Storage Cluster function are performed on a per "TFO group" basis.
TFO group is a group for which the connection configuration, policy, status, and maintenance that are required to perform a failover is consolidated on one storage device. TFO group includes one or more CA ports and volumes allowed to access those CA ports. The example of TFO group is shown in "Figure 9.2 Example of TFO Group".
