A.11 policy.conf Parameter

It is a detailed configuration file of the Reporting function, and is stored in the following location.

Windows	$INS_DIR\Common\etc\report ($INS_DIR means "Program Directory" specified at the ETERNUS SF Manager installation.)

Reflecting Contents of Setting File

There is no special reflection method because of being read when the esfadm report create command is executed.

Customization

Format of Set Item

The preservation period of collected report information is specified.
Initialization is three months (retention_period =0000-03-00).
The date when the esfadm report create command was executed is the starting point, and the preservation period is specified in the form of "YYYY-MM-DD". Only one of YYYY, MM, and DD can be specified.

YYYY: The preservation period is specified in number of years. Years that can be specified are from 0000 to 0010.
MM: The preservation period is specified in number of months. Months that can be specified are from 00 to 12.
DD: The preservation period is specified in number of days. Days that can be specified are from 00 to 31.

The message esrpt00221 is output when two or more are specified, and the command terminates abnormally.
