Take the following steps to collect the Java execution log on the client which displays Web-Based Admin View.
Getting a file in the log folder
The log folder is created in the target installation folder of the Java application.
[Home folder of a Windows login user]\[Target folder]\log\
C:\Users\[User name]\AppData\Local\Programs\PRIMECLUSTER Web-Based Admin View Startup\log\
Collect the file in the folder above as the Java execution log.
