Parameters related to Automated QoS can be set to any of the following:
Configure while creating the FTV (the creation wizard differs depending on the type of volume)
Configure with the FTV Changing Wizard in relation to an existing FTV
Configure with the esfadm volume qosset command for the existing FTV
