LdapBroker : getGroupMembersByDN: Could  not retrieve the user groups. {Could not  create the directory services. {[LDAP:  error code 49 - Invalid Credentials]}}

確認ポイント

<Systemwalker Runbook Automationインストールディレクトリ>/IBPM/server/instance/default/logsディレクトリ内のIBPMServer.logを確認します。

対処方法

Systemwalker Runbook Automation管理サーバのLDAPAccessUserID / LDAPAccessUserPasswordパラメーターでユーザー名とパスワードが正しく指定され、それらのユーザー名とパスワードを使用してディレクトリサーバにログインできることを確認します。
