エラーメッセージ

getContext: Could not create the  directory services.  

LdapBroker : getGroupMembersByDN: Could  not retrieve the user groups. {Could not  create the directory services.

• Windows版: V14.1.0以降

• Linux版: V14.1.0以降

確認ポイント

<Systemwalker Runbook Automationインストールディレクトリ>/IBPM/server/instance/default/logsディレクトリ内のIBPMServer.logを確認します。

対処方法

Systemwalker Runbook Automation管理サーバのLDAPServerパラメーターで指定したポートでLDAPサーバが実行中であることを確認します。サーバホストコンピュータからtelnet ldapServerHostName portを使用して、ホスト/ポートへの接続が確立可能であることを確認できます。
