2.4.1 CT Operation Status Log File

CT operation status log files are stored in the following folder while they are being collected.

• Store object folder (note)

  CS installation directory\FJSVsbinv\ct_trace

  Under the files specified as storing targets, automatically create "user ID+PC name+upper server name" folder for each CT to manage CT operation status log.

• CT operation status log files

  dpsysdYYYYMMDD.log
  YYYYMMDD: collection date of CT operation status log
  YYYY: year
  MM : month
  DD : day

  Create CT operation status log collected in CT with files in date unit.

Note) The storing targets and number of management days of CT operation status log files can be changed with SVPolicy.exe(server environment setup) command.

File format

CT operation status log files are CSV format (UTF-8 code) information based on the following formats. In addition, CT operation status log files are managed in CT unit.

• Data are handled in units of lines (up to a linefeed).

• Items listed are separated by a comma (,).

  1	User ID	User ID defined in User identification information tab on CT Environment Setup window.
  2	PC name	PC name defined in User identification information tab on CT Environment Setup window.
  3	Target server name	Target server name defined in User identification information tab on CT Environment Setup window.
  4	Date & time	Format: YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss.xxx
  5	Type	Information category INFO : contents of "information" level WARNING : contents of "warning" level ERROR : contents of "error" level
  6	Function summary	Output "function summary" of the following operation records.
  7	Function details	Output "function details" of the following operation records.
  8	Result	OK : success. OK (return value): success. Failed(return value): fail (Note 1) RC(return value): return value when executing software. (Note 2) Abbreviations exist based on contents of "function details".
  9	Character string	Character string output security patch /software name etc. Abbreviations exist based on contents of "function details".

  Note 1) Refer to the following contents for the return value set in Failed (return value).

  Note 2) The return value set in RC (return value) will be the return value for the software which automatically executes distribution.

Note 1) When using Windows(R) 8 and Windows(R) 10, if you select Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options > Choose what the power button does > Shutdown settings, and then select Turn on fast startup (recommended), this will also be output on shutdown and startup of Windows.

Note 2) In case that password is required to be input when resuming from screen saver and awakening, log will be output when resuming.

REBOOT	SELECT	Reboot is required.
	STATUS	No reboot, go into reservation status.

Error number	Error cause
	Disposal
-1	Failed to decompress the patch data (ZIP file) downloaded from the target server (CS or DS).
	Since potential error may occur based on the load condition of PC, confirm the load condition of PC. Contact the system administrator in case that this error occurs again. Disposal of the system administrator Since the possibility of software registration failure exists, register the software that failed to be decompressed via the main menu.
-3	Failed to download the software due to insufficient available disk space when downloading the software.
	Confirm the available space of drive in which the product is to be installed.
-13	The right simulation for the "specified user right" set value failed when downloading the software.
	Confirm if the user name defined in policy has registered in PC. In addition, confirm password.
