2.4.1 Import Structure Information

Import the structure information output by Systemwalker Desktop Keeper, and create structure information for Systemwalker Desktop Patrol.

The procedure is as follows.

Section codes in Systemwalker Desktop Keeper structure information files can be clearly and easily edited as Systemwalker Desktop Patrol section codes.

Structure information files use the same format as Section Management Information CSV files. Refer to the Reference Manual for details.

Take note of Section Code and Higher Section Code when editing so that the hierarchy structure matches Systemwalker Desktop Keeper.

  1. Select Import structure information and click Next.

    The following window will be displayed.

  2. Click Browse, specify the structure information file for Systemwalker Desktop Keeper, and then click OK.

    The import result will be displayed.

    Upon completion, the import completion message will be displayed.

    The imported structure information can be used as Systemwalker Desktop Patrol section management information.

    Create and register user management information and building management information by specifying the same "section code" used in the imported section management information.

The example below illustrates importing Systemwalker Desktop Keeper structure information into Systemwalker Desktop Patrol.

If Systemwalker Desktop Keeper is structured as shown below, the structure information imported into Systemwalker Desktop Patrol will be as follows:
