This section explains how to delete users.
Go to the [Organization/User Management] menu in the [Home] window and click the [To the list] link, or select the [Organizations/Users] navigation tab.
The [Organization/User Details] window is displayed. The window initially displays the details of the organization to which the login user belongs.
The displayed [Organization List] shows a list of the names of the organizations under the organization to which the login user belongs. Select the organization to which the user to be deleted belongs, or its superior organization.
[Organization/User List] belonging to the selected organization is displayed. From [Organization List], select in order the organization names up to the relevant hierarchical level.
While [Details] shows the target organization for user deletion, click the relevant user name in [User List].
Clicking the [Delete] button on the upper right of [Details] window displays the [Confirmation] window.
Clicking the [Yes] button on the lower right in the displayed [Confirmation] window causes the request to be indicated as waiting processing, and a request for approval email is automatically sent to the approvers.
Note
Platform provider users do not have the authority to delete users who possess roles of both platform provider and another department. Therefore, make requests to delete users who possesses multiple roles to the operators.
