You can also specify other startup options:
Choose this option to start Live Help Client in a minimized state. The Client application will appear minimized in the taskbar and can be restored by clicking on its taskbar button.
When Live Help Client is started with this option selected, a Live Help icon will appear in the Windows(R) task tray. Client will not appear in the taskbar. You can restore Client by double-clicking on the task tray icon.
