The Client is not generally required to interact with the Live Help Client software during a support session. There are, however, a few situations that may require input from the user running the Client application. During file transfers a Client may be required to approve a transfer or may choose to cancel an ongoing transfer. Clients can also respond to messages transmitted by their Support Specialist or cancel ongoing Clipboard transfers.
Additionally, the user may choose to approve requests to take remote control of his/her machine. Refer to the topics below for more information on these features.
