I.2.2 For Windows Server 2003 STD / Windows Server 2003 EE

Considering Remote Desktop connections, session conditions of Windows Server 2003 STD and Windows Server 2003 EE can be classified as follows.


Session Condition and Scenario

Logged on to the server locally.

Connected to the server in a Windows(R) Terminal Services session and logged on to it.

Connected to the server in the Terminal Server Console session (specified "/console" option on the Remote Desktop Connection) and logged on to it.

Your attempt to run the program will result in an error message indicating that you cannot run the program on the session.

*1 If you run a Live Help Monitor application on a session with condition (3) and change the settings of it, the Live Help Monitor will not save the changed settings. (The changes will only be valid until you close that Live Help Monitor application.)

*2 Starting can be done normally. However, if it connects from Live Help Expert/Monitor, the dialog "Screen Transfer Suspended" is displayed and it cannot connect. Therefore, please do not start in this state.
