Rename original files and folders before restoring backup files and folders.
If Live Help doesn't run because a registry or file is broken or deleted, re-install Live Help first, then restore backup files and folders.
In the case of a Live Help Connect connection, copy the credential file from the Live Help Connect Dispatcher, rename the original file, and then restore the backup file, in addition to the backup steps above.
